Labuan Express 2
Nostalgia dowh tengok feri KK-Labuan ni! Terkenangkan zaman masa belajar di Kolej Matrikulasi Labuan (KML). Uih! Memang banyak kenangan pahit manis semasa kat sana. Kat Labuan la mula main ragbi. Sampai bila-bila takkan lupa la memori di sana!

Gambar ni di-snap di jeti terminal feri KK sewaktu menghantar adik pulang ke ILP Labuan Ahad lalu. Dia balik cuti hujung minggu. Disebabakan rindu punya pasal, sanggup tunngu sampai feri bertolak. Hahaha. Entah bila la dapat ke Labuan lagi.

Lepas dari terminal feri, dah motor park elok-elok kat sana, jalan kaki la ke Suria Sabah. Jakun! Belum pernah masuk XD

Hampir setiap tingkat la pergi. Aha! Sana ada Fitness Concept dan Sportmart! Nanti tau dah la mana pot nak beli barangan sukan, senaman. Uiseh!

Lutut dah nak tercabut lepas pusing Suria Sabah. Terus cau balik.

Kembali berjoging. Hoyeah!

Fuuh! Setelah bertahun-tahun tinggal kat taman perumahan ni, pagi ni, pertama kali joging keliling padang belakang rumah ni. Joging sekali dengan adik-adik. Dua orang lagi jiran yang beriya-iya nak join semalam tak nampak batang hidung. Masih membuta barangkali. Cet! Pedulikan diorang. Gerak dari rumah jam 6am. Awal-awal pagi la baru nyaman.

Walaupun banyak anjing di sepanjang laluan, nak 'get back in shape' punya pasal, sanggup ku redahi jua. Uiseh. Tapi serius la, byk anjing taman perumahan ni. Beranak-pinak =_=''

Tapi kira okay juga la, bila anjing kejar, kita sprint, pastu bila anjing tu stop kejar, kita lari slow balik. Kira macam lari interval la; Sambil elak kena kejar anjing, sambil training. Hahaha

Yang sebenarnya, ni la pertama kali start balik joging/berlari setelah teramat la lama! (serius!) Syukur la kaki masih lagi mampu. Lepas ni kena lari at least seminggu sekali. Kalau dapat buat Sabtu & Ahad lagi bagus. Tengok la nanti camna. Kalau tiada aral yang melintang.

Running shoe Adidas lama yg baru digam tapak (yg dah haus amat) yg bikin semangat nak joging tu XD

p/s: sambil joging, sambil ajar adik cara berlari yg betul. betul la sangat :P

Syok ni lari atas pasir pantai. Baru la fit!

Majalah terbest antara benua

Memang dari dulu lagi layan majalah APO? ni. Lawak dia kadang-kadang penuh hikmah. Especially Life Journey oleh Sireh. Menusuk kalbu dowh.

Antara yang paling dinanti-nantikan tiap keluaran ialah cerita seram oleh Nora dan Lawak Antara Benua oleh Lambok. Memang layan! Mulai bulan Oktober ni, nak cuba beli tiap keluaran, tak nak dah miss!

Majalah APO? ni kuar 2 kali sebulan, sama la mcm majalah Ujang. Perit juga la nak memerah duit, iya la, orang belum berkerjaya la katakan XD

Tapi takpe, APO? mesti mau! kekekeke

p/s: apsal la majalah ni tak disertakan dgn borang langganan ye tak?

Raya dah wei!

Pejam celik, pejam celik, esok dah Raya daa! Weeee!
Berdentam-dentum bunyi mercun selepas pengumuman raya kat TV!

Kalau bunyi sekejap-sekejap tu ok la, tapi kalau dah bertali arus, non-stop, bikin panas juga la. Rasa macam nak marah pun ada. Tapi kalau jiran yg polis trafik kat hujung lorong tu pun tak komplen, steady je bunyi mercun bertalu-talu, kita yang rakyat biasa ni apatah lagi, akur je la. Buat-buat layan je la bunyi mercun. Hahaha

Adik-adik ni pulak, senang betul terpengaruh, tak makan saman! Nampak jiran main mercun itu, ini, sibuk la nak beli juga. Diorang tak takut langsung, walaupun hampir tiap malam keluar berita sepanjang bulan puasa ni, yg putus jari, cacat semua. Haizz!

Tak larat nak tegur dah. Main la kamu dik. Haraplah jangan jadi apa-apa kejadian yang tak diingini di hari baik, bulan baik ni. Amin.

Woke up this morning and I decided to remove the old DIY cable management box (made from shoe box) that I use to tidy up the extension cord for the desktop PC under the table. And now I just screw the extension cord under the table. Now it's easier to clean the floor.




While doing that, I inspected again the source of ‘power leak’ causing electric current running on the CPU casing and my laptop aluminium palm rest whenever the computer is switched on, and guess what I found? The main culprit is our ancient CRT monitor.


Hope to replace it with 20” LED monitor someday.. which is more energy saving and better on the eyes. Both eye-catching and eye-savers.

Update: went to Survey Putatan and bought a new extension cord. As expected, the power leak problem solved using the new extension cord. phew~ :D

No more electric current.

I just cleaned my room, the first time this fasting month :P
While doing so, I decided to try using different extension cord to switch on our desktop PC.
It turned out, this time, there’s no electric current on computer case! Which means it is not a hardware problem. Thank God!
It must be because the current extension cord is faulty; probably not properly grounded. Beside, the extension cord itself is pretty old already. I guess it’s about time to get a new one ;)
btw, recently I just upgraded the RAM for the desktop PC. Bought Kingston KVR DDR2 667 2GB for RM77 at Karamunsing. Now it have a total of 3GB of RAM. Much better than before (1GB).
Really looking forward to buy new HDD for it; 1TB if possible, and also new LCD (or LED) monitor. The current Acer CRT monitor is dying! The display turned yellow! Been serving our family since the first time dad bought us a computer in this house. Very-very old stuff! And don't forget about a pair of speaker. Pity my 2 little brother, using the computer without any sound.

Played Half-Life 2 Deathmatch on online server with bunch of Germany guys. Pity me who only have mobile broadband; very lag, almost not playable T_T
I played on the Germany server not too long. Maybe 4-6 players only. Despite the lagginess, I can feel that the game is very enjoyable, especially if played with more people. The more the merrier they say :P
If only I have a better, faster internet connection, you bet I’m gonna pawn they all! XD
Just kidding. I just started play HL2DM; still a noob. I’m the one that gonna be pawned for sure.

Faulty laptops to let go

Been thinking about selling my old, faulty Acer Aspire 5500 notebook, together with my sis broken HP Pavillion TX2000. Both got problem with the motherboard; can't turn on anymore, only blank screen < which usually cost quite A LOT of money to repair. *sigh*

Taken out HDDs from both laptop and using them as my own external HDD now XD All that left is, the laptops body, RAM (2 pieces of 1GB stick in each laptop), optical drive, WiFi adapter, Bluetooth adapter and their power cable/adapter and carrying bag.

A friend of mine told me about PC Budget (not sure the name) shop in Karamunsing that buy used computer hardware, including used laptop. I wonder how much they are willing to pay for both laptops. RM800 for both? I wish. Hahaha

But the fact that I'm lazy to go to Karamunsing, plus, the rainy weather almost everyday these past few days was a bummer. haizz
